AgentFeatured is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. This policy explains how we use information when you inquire about or purchase a media feature, receive communications from us, or visit our website. For privacy questions, contact support@agentfeatured.com.

Information we collect

We collect the name, email address, and phone number you submit, information you provide for your article, and communications you send us. When you purchase, we receive order and payment-status information from Stripe. Card details are collected through Stripe’s secure payment form, not our lead form.

We also collect website and advertising information, including page visits, campaign parameters, IP address, browser information, and Meta browser and click identifiers when available. Recognized campaign parameters are kept in session storage. Contact details move from the inquiry form to checkout in memory and are not placed in page URLs or browser storage; this does not prevent them from being stored by our team or service providers.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, process payments, prepare and arrange your media feature, provide customer support, maintain business records, prevent misuse, and measure and improve advertising. We may send promotional offers subject to applicable permission requirements and your communication choices.

Emails and text messages

We use your email address and phone number to follow up on your inquiry and send order, article, and service updates. Promotional emails and texts are separate from these service communications. Where consent is required, promotional messages require separate, clearly explained permission; accepting this Privacy Policy alone is not consent to promotional texts or emails. Consent to promotional messages is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply to texts. To stop promotional emails, use the unsubscribe option in the email or contact support@agentfeatured.com. To stop promotional texts, reply STOP or contact us at that address. You may still receive necessary order or service emails after opting out of promotions.

Who receives information

Lead inquiries are sent to our team’s private Slack workspace. Stripe receives customer and transaction information to process payments. Information needed to prepare and publish an article may be shared with the writers and publication providers involved in fulfilling your order. Email and text delivery providers may receive the information needed to send communications. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect against fraud or misuse.

Meta advertising and data sharing

We use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., to measure page visits, lead submissions, and confirmed purchases, attribute results to ads, and improve advertising. These tools send event information to Meta, which may include your IP address, browser details, Meta browser and click identifiers, and purchase amount and currency.

When the form’s checkbox is selected, the current integration also sends your email address and phone number to Meta in hashed form for matching and advertising measurement. Hashing is not anonymization: Meta may match these values to a Meta account. Meta processes information under its own policies, including its Privacy Policy.

Accepting a privacy policy is not, by itself, specific consent to advertising data sharing. Where applicable law requires consent or an opt-out, those choices must be provided separately. To request that we stop future sharing of your contact details with Meta, email support@agentfeatured.com. Withdrawing permission does not undo information already shared.

Retention, security, and international processing

We retain information for as long as needed to handle your inquiry, fulfill your order, maintain required financial records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention varies by record type and purpose. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online transmission or storage system is completely secure. Our service providers may process information in the United States or other countries with different privacy laws.

Your privacy rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your information, withdraw consent, or object to certain processing. Some jurisdictions also provide rights to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising; our Meta advertising disclosures may fall within those definitions. Send requests to support@agentfeatured.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records where the law allows or requires it.

You can manage cookies through your browser and advertising preferences through Meta’s settings. Browser controls do not necessarily stop server-side advertising events. Contact us for questions about your choices.

Children and policy changes

Our services are intended for adult real estate professionals, not children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us. We may update this policy as our practices change and will revise the date above; material changes will be communicated where required.
